Refunds

Fourteen days, no questions.

If a look is not right for you, tell us within fourteen days of purchase via Contact and we refund it in full to the card you paid with. Refunds usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

What happens to the edition

A refunded edition returns to the rack, and your licence key for that look is revoked. Please delete the files.

Bundles

A bundle can be refunded in full within the same fourteen days. We do not refund individual looks out of a bundle, because the bundle price depends on the count.
